1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all transport and chauffeur services provided by M-Limo to consumers and businesses. Deviating terms of the customer only become part of the contract with our express written consent.
2. Quote and conclusion of contract
The request submitted via the online form is non-binding and free of charge. Based on the request, M-Limo provides an individual quote with a fixed price. The contract is concluded once the customer accepts the quote (online or in text form).
3. Services
M-Limo provides driving and chauffeur services as transfers (point to point) or as hourly bookings. The scope of service results from the respective quote. Vehicle requests are considered subject to availability; a claim to a specific vehicle model exists only with express confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
The fixed price stated in the quote applies, incl. statutory VAT. Payment is made, as agreed, by invoice/bank transfer or via a provided online payment link. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days without deduction.
5. Waiting times and additional services
Waiting times included in the fixed price result from the quote. Additional waiting time, extra kilometres, additional stops or route changes may be charged separately. A reasonable waiting time is included for airport pick-ups.
6. Customer obligations
The customer provides correct contact, pickup and destination details as well as flight numbers where applicable. Safety instructions of the chauffeur (e.g. seatbelt requirement) must be followed. The customer is liable for soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or passengers.
7. Liability
M-Limo is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence, M-Limo is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. No liability is assumed for delays due to force majeure, traffic or weather.
8. Cancellation
The separately stated Cancellation Policy applies to cancellations.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy at m-limo.de.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. If the customer is a business, the place of jurisdiction is Munich. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes are possible by email (kontakt@m-limo.de) or by phone (+49 152 3408 0733). The time of receipt at M-Limo is decisive for calculating the deadline.
Cancellation fees
Based on the agreed fixed price, the following fees apply:
- Up to 48 hours before the agreed departure: free of charge.
- 48 to 24 hours before departure: 50% of the fare.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 90% of the fare.
- No-show without cancellation: 100% of the fare.
Special trips
For multi-day bookings or special trips (e.g. events, weddings) different deadlines may apply, which are stated in the respective quote.
Cancellation by M-Limo
If M-Limo cannot provide a booked trip for reasons attributable to M-Limo, payments already made will be fully refunded; any further claims are governed by the Terms & Conditions.
